Shinnihon Hotels aims to contribute to the sustainable development of society through all of its business activities.

Environmental Initiatives
Environmental Activity

We reduce energy use through LED lighting, inverter-controlled equipment and improved operations. We also work to reduce and sort waste and limit plastic use. In addition, we have introduced electricity from renewable sources so that all electricity we consume is effectively carbon neutral.
Food Waste Reduction
Food Loss

We identify where food loss occurs throughout the process from procurement to service, measure waste and review solutions. By serving appropriate portions and developing menus that make full use of ingredients, we are reducing food waste and addressing wider social issues related to food.

Safety & Security

To ensure that guests can use our facilities with confidence, we strengthen our readiness across a wide range of areas, including hygiene, crime prevention, information security, emergency response and disaster preparedness.

We actively promote diversity and inclusion by creating a rewarding workplace where employees support one another and people from diverse backgrounds can make full use of their individual abilities.
Community and Social Contributions
Community Contribution

We value the people and communities around our hotels and seek to express our gratitude through local cleanups and participation in community activities. Working with local governments and other companies, we also support welfare programs and share information about assistance for areas affected by natural disasters, helping to revitalize local communities.
